OLD MANAGEMENT 😒VS NEW MANAGEMENT🤩 *** READ ALL Old management— We bought a car from Jason Pilger in January and have had issue after issue & took it back to them over and over trying to get it resolved. I got tired of dealing with them honestly and started taking it else where for any work it needed.They were very ugly and rude the whole process, even though we took the car back with the same issue over and over. They didn’t try to fix it correctly. Months later the car messed up enough we had to take it back to the dealership and the motor needed to be replaced. Ended up that the warranty would not cover it… New management- When we went this time and dealt with the staff here, they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make things right. They took care of the old car issue and we ended up with another car. I can’t thank them enough for putting in the effort they did and for helping us in every way they could to get us in a reliable vehicle. Thank you to Ron and Andrew. I highly recommend Jason Pilger for your car needs. They are under new management and they are amazing! We LOVE our new ride!!

My car search began in late May. I was not excited because of horror stories about dealing with car salesman. My experience with this Dealership has been nothing but great!! I knew what I wanted and they worked to get me what I needed. Transactions were handled by text or email and they even delivered the car to me and picked up my trade in. They have gone above and beyond with a few issues with the car and I couldn't ask for better service or people who care about me being satisfied with my purchase and everything being just right. I helped pick out a work truck for Mexia Water Systems...What we received from the dealership was Great customer service, the ease of the transaction, and the great deal on a used truck..Taylor Butts was our salesperson did a awesome job. Ethan Rains did a fabulous job helping us get the paperwork done.Walter Tucker also did a great job and was super friendly as the delivery driver.

4.5 stars. I’ve been searching online for a used RAM since July after returning from an overseas assignment. During that process, I came to the conclusion that no dealerships from Mississippi (home), Alabama, Georgia, or Texas could be trusted. Glad to say that I took a chance on the Jason Pilger CDJR dealership! I worked with Andrew and Taylor buying a 2018 RAM, and they were GREAT! Buying a car via phone/internet is a scary process for the buyer, but they made it quick, easy, and even had it delivered to me at no extra cost. Got a great truck at a great price from some great people. Unfortunately, discovered there’s an issue with the backup camera, but after talking with Taylor, I’m 100% confident they will get that taken care of. Very happy with the customer service I received, and would buy from them again. I’ll give a follow up on the backup camera so that all reading this will know my service expectations match my purchase experience. Thank you Andrew and Taylor! 30 OCT 2023. UPDATE. Bumping this up to 5 Stars. As noted above, the sales experience with JP CDJR was fantastic. Got a great deal (don’t have that “I could have gotten a better deal” feeling you usually get a couple of days after buying a car), and the team was beyond amazing in taking care of the backup camera issue. They even filled my tank for the drive there and back from Biloxi (2 hour drive from Biloxi)! Anyone can sell you a vehicle; it’s service after the sale and standing by your product that makes a dealership standout. Highly recommend anyone check with JP CDJR first before buying a new or used vehicle. You won’t be disappointed. And tell them Richard McClure sent you.

Definitely commits security fraud. Went to fill out a credit application for a vehicle and the saleswoman tells me i was denied by 2 banks. I called the two banks to see why i was denied they said they never received a credit application. I go back to the dealership and ask the finance manager about the denial he said he never submitted the application because I didn't meet the banks requirements. I tell him thats security fraud and its not his decision its the banks... So he finally submitted the application after debating with him and he said see i told you that you would get denied. I call the banks back to see why i was denied and they said since I applied at the dealership the dealership would have to tell me. I go back the next day to get my adverse action letter from the dealership and again the finance manager giving me pure hell saying he can't give it to me.. I told him under the equal credit opportunity act im entitled to know which financial institution denied me credit and the reason why.. it was then he gives me the print out but only after I sign an application he allegedly submitted the day before. So after countless lies and fraud he finally gives me the adverse letter that he said he couldn't give to me. Word of advice try Mobile Dodge dealership or any other dealership. If you're denied get the name of the bank that they claim denied you and CALL THEM TO VERIFY THEY RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION & GET YOUR ADVERSE ACTION LETTER!!!! HE PRINTED ME A PAPER WITH EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX AND TRANSUNION... AS IF IM STUPID SAYING CALL THE CREDIT UNION AND THEY'LL TELL YOU WHY YOU'RE DENIED AND WHAT'S ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT!!! Dont let them fool you!! The lies kept piling up so much he couldn't keep up with his own lies
